Lorenzo Quinn 以「双手」对气候变化作出无声抗议

全球艺术界盛事「威尼斯双年展」正式在威尼斯展开，而艺术家 Lorenzo Quinn 于 Ca’ Sagredo Hotel 外墙，设计出一双水中伸出的手，并却抓住外墙的装置艺术。艺术家想以「被淹没」的悲观视觉效果，来警惕世人气候变化造成的海平面上升，对人类已经带来威胁。Lorenzo Quinn 表示：「I wanted to sculpt what is considered the hardest and most technically challenging part of the human body. The hand holds so much power – the power to love, to hate, to create, to destroy」同时表达出人类纠结的情绪。
