来自韩国的精品杂志《Magazine B》(Brand Documentary Magazine),每一期围绕一个品牌展开,旨在深入每个品牌的创意理念与核心价值,为读者剖析值得探寻的品牌故事,获得了全球读者的无数好评,而今年编辑团队又推出一本以「Food」为主题的全新杂志《Magazine F》(Food Documentary Magazine),从日常烹饪美食的各种原料出发,深入探索每种原料的培育和制造过程,与之相关的食品经济发展,以及大厨们对于处理这些食材的心得等等。创刊号便选择以「Salt」为主题,盐是人类生存至今必不可少的元素之一,除了为大家梳理盐的发展历史外,本刊中还介绍了包括 Harmon、Tsukemono 和 Kimchi 在内的传统美食,它们都是通过盐来实现长时间的保存。
