Champion 控告街头品牌 Hudson Outerwear 侵犯经典 Logo 版权

著名运动服品牌 Champion 母公司 Hanesbrands 目前正在提起一则诉讼，指出 Maxima Apparel Corp 公司旗下的一个街头品牌 Hudson Outerwear 一个设计侵犯了其经典「C 字」Logo 的版权。Hanesbrands 对 Hudson Outerwear 多个月前所推出的一件以犯人照片作主题的 T-Shirt 上的「Gangster」、「Chaps」字款侵犯了其「C 字」Logo 的设计，Champion 方面控诉这个设计明显侵犯了品牌的设计及影响了其名声：

Parasitic business model that trades off of the goodwill and prestige of famous brands, like the Champion brand, by distributing and selling apparel that blatantly infringes the trademarks that symbolize those brands to consumers.

其实多年来亦不乏向 Champion Logo「致敬」的品牌，但这次 Champion 终于站起来说不，或许是因为把 Champion 描绘成流氓（Gangster）触及了品牌的底线。
