当年胎死腹中的《Justice League Mortal》电影剧情终被公开

早于 2007 年，Warner Bros. 便经已宣布将《Justice League》电影化的计划，名为《Justice League: Mortal》，并找来 George Miller 执导。但正当演员阵容定了、剧本也有了之时，却遇上不同问题而令开拍时间一直被延迟，如罢工活动，加上后来《The Dark Knight》的成功，令 Warner Bros. 决定先主力推出英雄个人电影，最终令 George Miller 的《Justice League: Mortal》胎死腹中。本来被安排在故事中演出反派角色 Maxwell Lord 的 Jay Baruchel，近日在广播节目 Happy Sad Confused 中，公开了《Justice League: Mortal》本来的部份剧情 :

There’s a scene where Maxwell Lord brainwashes Clark and all of a sudden this guy’s got Superman as a weapon. But in order for me to do this – to get in to a Kryptonian brain – I start bleeding out of every f*cking orifice because it takes that much to get into the head of a Kryptonian. And then I turn him into Red-Eye Superman, and there’s this big a** fight between him and Wonder Woman where he breaks her wrists.
漫画中的 Maxwell Lord 是位亿万富豪，最初有份协助成立正义联盟，但同时希望操控联盟以获取利益。而原本加插了 Maxwell Lord 一角作为反派的《Justice League: Mortal》，其实是为了安排他将 Superman 洗脑并成为自己的武器，被操控的 Superman 双眼会变红，并跟 Wonder Woman 有一场血战。
