传闻 Apple 将 Netflix 和 Tesla 列为收购目标

分析师的工作，便是为某些特定行业，从事资料收集和整理、问题分析、监测、预估的工作，为决策提供参考意见。然而 Apple 这间几乎是富可敌国的公司，近日有指其现金储备达到 2,568 亿美元，花旗银行的分析师 Jim Suva 便为 Apple 列出具潜在价值的收购目标。根据路透社报导，Jim Suva 的列表中，除了早前提及过的 Disney 外，还有 Netflix、Tesla、Activision Blizzard、Electronic Arts、Take Two Interactive Software 以及 Hulu。再加上若美国总统 Donald Trump 税改计划真的实行，Apple 将有可能把大部分海外资金去实行一些重要事情，而 Tim Cook 在一次访问中谈到有关企业税的改革：

In terms of large acquisitions… we have looked at large companies. In each case, it didn’t pass our test for various reasons. We will look again, I’m sure we will. I think we have the management talent and depth to do it. We don’t feel pressure to acquire revenue…we want to make great products. Cash is not burning a hole in our pocket.

若大家印象仍深刻，都会记得 Apple 为扩展其音响业务，以 30 亿美元收购 Beats Electronics 作为基础再发展。那么 Netflix 和 Tesla 会为 Apple 带来甚么帮助呢？相信都知道 Apple 近年积极发展电视业务以及正在研发自家电动车。而 Netflix 和 Tesla 的公司地位确实有这潜力，尽管此等消息 Apple 均不会直接去承认，但 Jim Suva 的评价在 Thomson Reuters StarMine 统计是拥有五星级，或许这场收购战会有上演的一天。
