LVMH 集团以 $130 亿美金全面收购 Christian Dior
左手交右手的商业手法。
商业世界瞬息万变，LVMH 便刚投下了一枚反应弹，指出以巨大收购价约 $130 亿美元，将整个 Christian Dior 品牌尽收旗下，以作为双管齐下的战略协议，以加强其时尚和皮革制品部门。然而 LVMH 本来已经拥有部分 Christian Dior 股份，新协议达成令 LVMH 把 Christian Dior 高级定制、皮革、男女成衣和鞋业一全数拥有。在有关声明的第一部分上，Arnault 家族集团（Groupe Arnault）提出要购买 26％ 的 Christian Dior，是以每股 €172 欧元的现金交易和连带 0.192 的 Hermès 国际股份，这价值比 Christian Dior 的最新股价高出 14.7％，比 1 个月平均水平高 18.6％，但其实早在二十世纪八十年代，Arnault 家族集团是以 1 元瑞士法郎买了 Christian Dior，现在却能以这么高的价钱放售。
A simplified public offer by the Arnault family group for Christian Dior shares — that it does not currently hold — and take form of a primary offer consisting of €172 per share in cash and 0.192 Hermès International shares for each Christian Dior share, and would be completed by two secondary offers, in cash and in Hermès shares respectively.
