早前报道过的《Harry Potter》外传《Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them》，讲述主角 Newt Scamander 在 1920 年代纽约如何找到不同的魔兽和过程。
作者 J.K. Rowling 早在 2001 年化名为 Newt Scamander（同是书中主角）出版了这本小说，又以这个故事作为 Harry Potter 时空中的教科书，在《Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone》中出现，现在拍成电影，大家可当是前传或外传欣赏的同时，也重回久遗了的 Harry Potter 魔法世界。
《Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them》预计 2016 年 11 月上映。
