Hypegolf Concludes 2026 Clubhouse Run and Hosts Second Annual Classic in New York
Hypebeast, the leading global platform for contemporary culture and lifestyle, has concluded the 2026 edition of Hypegolf Clubhouse Presented by Toyota RAV4, a three-week pop-up at 430 West Broadway in SoHo, New York. Organized by Hypegolf, Hypebeast’s golf vertical, the Clubhouse ran from July 30 through August 19 as a space to practice, explore new equipment, discover emerging brands and connect with the golf community.
Designed around participation rather than a traditional retail format, the Clubhouse invited visitors to tune up every part of their game. A Uneekor simulator bay enabled guests to measure their distances, a custom putting green provided space to sharpen their stroke and a re-grip station allowed players to refresh their clubs. The space also hosted club fittings, product demonstrations, founder conversations and community events, alongside a viewing lounge for watching golf and connecting with other players.
The pop-up featured a curated retail selection spanning men’s and women’s apparel, footwear, outerwear, hats and accessories. Participating brands included Sun Day Red, Cobra Golf, Aberdeen West, lululemon, Oakley, Sugarloaf Social Club, Foray Golf, Dual Sport, Swang and RIPIT Grips, alongside exclusive Hypegolf products available only at the Clubhouse. Dual Sport, My Monthly, Swang, Paré Golf and more also hosted community events during the three-week run.
The program opened with a celebration built around the space’s modern tune-up shop concept. The event brought together golfers, athletes, media, creatives, designers and fashion personalities, with drinks and small bites served throughout the evening. The Closest-to-the-Pin and Longest-Drive challenges gave guests the opportunity to test their swings, with the top performer receiving a portable launch monitor. Guests also received a first look at the Hypegolf x All-New 2026 Toyota RAV4 capsule, comprising two polos, a lightweight jacket and a bucket hat featuring “Toyota RAV4 Golf Division” graphics.
During the Clubhouse run, Hypegolf hosted the second annual Hypegolf Clubhouse Classic on August 10 at New York Country Club in Spring Valley, New York. The tournament brought together players from across the city’s golf community, including athletes, musicians, artists, photographers and creators. Ja Rule and Daniel Arsham were among those in attendance.
Players warmed up alongside a 2026 Toyota RAV4 GR SPORT positioned on the driving range and outfitted with pieces from the capsule. They then competed in the Classic’s signature 6-6-6 format: six holes of two-player best ball, six holes of two-player scramble and six holes of four-player scramble. A men’s Longest-Drive competition ran alongside the main event, with Headband Golfer claiming the title.
Three teams finished tied at 60 and contested a playoff on the 18th green, where Ja Rule, Headband Golfer, Dr. Stephanie Chu and Artie Green emerged as the 2026 Hypegolf Clubhouse Classic champions.
Together, Hypegolf Clubhouse Presented by Toyota RAV4 and the Hypegolf Clubhouse Classic connected players of different backgrounds and experience levels through modern golf culture in SoHo and on the course.
